HSC Updates

Updated HSC Advice

Secondary College of Languages continues to follow Health advice to prioritise the safety and health of students and school communities.

The COVID-19 Special Consideration Program is available to recognise where COVID-19 has caused substantial disruption or disadvantage to HSC students. The program includes all oral language exams.

The illness and misadventure process continues to be available to students who suffer illness or misadventure, including being sick with COVID, at the time of an HSC exam. It is also available to students who can’t access teaching and learning for an extended period due to COVID-19.

Written exams

Written exams have been rescheduled to start on 9 November. NESA will publish a revised exam timetable in early September.

For more information, visit NESA's website.

Student wellbeing

NESA's Stay Healthy HSC hub has advice on staying healthy, active and connected during the HSC. Students can use the resources for studying, self-care and staying informed.
