Transferring to a Different Campus
If you are a current student interested in transferring to a different campus within our College network, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Download and complete the Request for Student Transfer Form.
- Students to submit the completed form to the weekday school administration for processing.
- Weekday school to send the form signed by the weekday school Principal to SCLanguages.School@det.nsw.edu.au.
- Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions regarding the transfer process.

Discontinuation from the College
If you are a current student who wishes to withdraw from the Secondary College of Languages, you will need to complete a Discontinuation Form.
The form needs to be signed by the student, parent/caregiver and the student's weekday school, then emailed to SCLanguage.School@det.nsw.edu.au.
The College will email the SCL Coordinator with an official ‘Notice of Discontinuation’ when the request has been processed. This email will contain the discontinuation effective date. The school is responsible for withdrawing the student from the unit on Schools Online.
