As a student at the Secondary College of Languages, you have been provided with access to the Department of Education Student Portal.
Please follow the steps below to access the Student Portal and change your temporary password.
Step 2
At the login page, enter your:
- User ID (first part of your DoE email address, e.g. harry.potter3)
- temporary password that has been provided for you
Please contact your teacher if you experience difficulty with your Department of Education account log in.
Step 3
Your portal dashboard will appear on your screen. Click on your profile circle on the top right corner and select Change password.
Type your temporary password into the current password field. Put in a new password and confirm. Remember to note down your new password so you don’t forget it.
Step 4
Click on your profile circle again and select Update secret questions. You will need these questions and answers to be able to change your password if required in future.
Select 3 questions and create 3 answers, type in your current password and click Save questions and answers.
