Supervisor portal
The Supervisor Portal provides weekday school supervisors with access to important information about their students who are enrolled in language courses with our College. Supervisors can view attendance, academic progress and communications via this portal, helping to support student learning and engagement across campuses.
At SCL, we use the Distance Education Management System (DEMS) - an online database developed by Millennium Schools.
About the portal
DEMS supports both administrative and teaching aspects of language learning at SCL, providing a single gateway for schools to track student progress. Weekday school supervisors can use the portal to:
- view and monitor student attendance
- access assessment results and academic reports
- receive updates on student engagement and communication
- manage lists of students enrolled across SCL Campuses.
The portal also lists students from your school who study a language at the NSW School of Languages (NSL).

Each school has its own secure login credentials. If you need help accessing the system or resetting a password, please contact the SCL Head Office.
